+    iconvconfig: Use the public feof_unlocked
+    
+    Build of iconvconfig failed with CFLAGS=-Os since __feof_unlocked is
+    not a public symbol.  Replace with feof_unlocked (defined to
+    __feof_unlocked when IS_IN (libc)) to fix this.
