- Fix path to libSingular.so (bz 2073208)
- Fix threejs install location (bz 2081720)
- Drop upstreamed -rubiks and -intersphinx-disabled-reftypes patches
- Drop no longer used ratpoints BR
- Thebe is no longer bundled
